Custom Fields
Add your own details to every location, such as the store manager, parking, a “VIP dealer” badge or a booking link, and choose exactly where customers see them.
Custom fields work alongside the standard details (address, phone, email, website, tags, social links). You set them up once, fill in the values per location, then place them among the standard details for each part of your store locator:
Store list: The results list next to the map
Map popup: The info window when a pin is clicked
Store detail page: The “Store information” block
You can create up to 10 custom fields.
Step 1
Create a custom field
In the app, go to Settings and scroll to Store information visibility.
Click Manage custom fields under the list.
In Add a custom field, enter a Label. This is what customers see next to the value, for example “Parking”.
Pick a Type (see the table below) and click Save field.

Field types
Single line text
Manager name, opening note, short facts
Label: value
Multi-line text
Longer descriptions, lists, formatted content, a booking button or embed
Label, then the text with line breaks kept. HTML is displayed as formatted content (see HTML in multi-line fields).
Link (URL)
Booking page, menu, catalogue
A clickable link. Links to another website open in a new tab; links to your own store open in the same tab.
A department or manager’s email
A clickable email address
Phone
A second phone line, WhatsApp number
A tap-to-call number
Yes / No
Badges such as “VIP Dealer”, “Wheelchair access”
A check mark and the label, shown only when set to Yes
Where does a new field appear? A new field is added to the store list and the store detail page straight away (at the end of the list, and after Website on the detail page). It stays hidden in the map popup until you switch it on. You can change all of this in Step 3.
Edit, deactivate, reorder or delete a field
Every row on the Custom fields page has its own buttons. Changes are saved immediately, with no need to click a Save button, and your storefront is updated automatically.
automatically.
Edit
Loads the field into the form at the bottom of the page so you can rename it or change its type. Click Save field to apply, or Cancel.
Deactivate
Hides the field everywhere on your storefront without losing anything. The row turns grey and shows an Inactive badge. Click Activate to bring it back.
Drag handle ⠿
Changes the order of the fields on the location add/edit form. To change the order customers see, use Store information visibility.
Delete
Removes the field after you confirm. It stops showing on your store locator right away.

Step 2
Fill in values on each location
Open Locations and edit a location (or add a new one).
Scroll to the Custom fields section. There is one input per field, in the order set on the Custom fields page.
Enter the values and click Save in the save bar at the top.

Leave a field empty to hide it for that location. Nothing is shown, not even the label.
Text fields hold up to 1,000 characters; multi-line text holds up to 5,000.
HTML in multi-line fields
Multi-line text fields accept HTML, which your storefront shows as formatted content instead of code. For example:
<a href="https://example.com/book">Book a visit</a>
Allowed: text formatting (bold, italic, headings, paragraphs), lists, links, images, tables, buttons, and
iframeembeds that usehttps://. Inlinestyleattributes are supported.Removed for security: scripts, forms and inputs,
<style>blocks, event handlers such asonclick, andjavascript:links.Plain text is fine too: line breaks are kept, and text like “Price < 10” is shown as written.
Step 3
Choose where each field shows, and in what order
Go to Settings › Store information visibility. There is one panel for each place details appear. Each collapsed panel summarises how many details are shown there, in display order. Click a panel to open it; the others close.

Tick or untick a detail to show or hide it in that place. Custom fields are marked with a Custom badge.
Drag the handle ⠿ to move a detail up or down. Custom fields can go anywhere between the standard ones, for example “VIP Dealer” right after the address.
Each place has its own order, so the map popup can differ from the store list.
Click Save in the save bar. Click Discard instead to undo all changes since the last save.

Step 4
Check your storefront
After saving, open your store locator page. Here is one location with four custom fields (VIP Dealer, Manager, Parking, Booking) in each place:

Import and export
Custom fields are included when you import and export locations, with one column per field. The column name is the field key shown on the Custom fields page, for example cf_manager or cf_vip_dealer.
Export adds a
cf_…column for each field. Exporting first is the easiest way to get a file with the right headings.Import: if a
cf_…column is missing from the file, that field is left unchanged. If the column is there but a cell is empty, that location’s value is cleared.Yes / No columns accept
1,yes,true,onoryfor Yes. Anything else, including empty, means No.
